Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a session unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. A booking is not confirmed until required payment and the contract/invoice are received. A valid card may be required for cancellation, no-show, overtime, damage, or approved charges. Cancellation & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests within 48 hours, additional reschedules, or missed sessions require a new deposit. If a client does not notify Chasin Clips before the scheduled session and responds after the session time, the booking is treated as a no-show. Emergency exceptions are not guaranteed and may require supporting documentation at the studio’s discretion. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 10–20 minutes late receive the remaining scheduled time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show. Extra time is not guaranteed and may be billed in 30-minute increments. Creative, Props & Locations Sessions include Chasin Clips creative direction and signature style. Inspiration is a reference, not a guarantee of exact replication. Custom setups, props, rentals, permits, location fees, rush purchases, and approved production costs are additional. Non-returnable or committed costs remain the client’s responsibility. Clients are responsible for location access or permissions. Delivery & Files Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days unless otherwise agreed. When selections are required, turnaround begins after they are received. Rush service may be available for an added fee. Only final edited deliverables are provided. RAW or unedited files are not included unless agreed in writing. Additional edits or substantial revisions may cost extra. Usage & Conduct Personal-session images are for personal use unless otherwise stated. Commercial, advertising, publication, third-party, or brand use requires the applicable contract/license. Chasin Clips retains copyright unless transferred in writing and may use work for portfolio/promotion unless the client opts out in writing before the session. Clients are responsible for guests and damage. Unsafe or disruptive conduct may end a session without refund. If Chasin Clips cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule, payments for unperformed services will be refunded. Studio/location policies also apply.
