Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all sessions unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Bookings are not confirmed until payment and a signed contract or invoice are received. A valid card on file is required for all bookings to hold the session and cover any applicable cancellation, no-show, overtime, or damage-related fees. All communication and scheduling changes must be made through official Chasin Clips channels. Sessions include creative direction and the Chasin Clips signature visual style. Any custom setups, props, or extended coverage must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is allowed when notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Additional reschedules or late cancellations require a new deposit. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show at the studio’s discretion, and applicable fees may be charged to the card on file. Third-party studio or location policies apply in addition to Chasin Clips policies. Late Arrivals and Time Extensions A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals between 10 and 20 minutes late will result in a shortened session that still ends at the scheduled time. Time is not automatically extended for late arrivals. Additional time is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Approved overtime must be agreed upon in advance and may be billed at the current hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Image Delivery and Editing Standard turnaround time for edited images is 5–7 business days unless otherwise discussed. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Only final, professionally retouched images selected by Chasin Clips will be delivered. Raw or unedited files are not provided. Additional images may be purchased after delivery. Minor revision requests are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Creative Control and Usage Clients acknowledge and trust the creative direction and editing style of Chasin Clips. Final artistic decisions remain with the studio. Delivered images are for personal use unless otherwise stated and may not be altered or used commercially without written permission.
